Isa (played by the director himself) is a 40 something lecturer in architectural history whose partner Bahar (played by Ceylan's wife) is a beautiful, reserved younger woman who works in TV. Both have run out of things to say to one another or do together. Against a backdrop of changing seasons, this is a poignant story of the gradual disintegration of a relationship. |
