Calling all short film-makers

Chelmsford Film Club would like to offer budding film-makers the opportunity to have a short film screened before one of our main features. We would particularly welcome shorts from local film-makers.

Please contact enquiries@chelmsford-filmclub.co.uk if you have a film you would like us to consider.

  1. No, this was not on our radar for the 2015/16 season – however, most of the films selected were released in 2014 and, if I have the correct film this is not scheduled for release until in America until 1st August 2015. There is also a second part scheduled for release in September. It is always possible that the film could be considered for next season.

As a Film Club, our members always have a say in which films are shown each season (the final selection being chosen by the Selection Committee). Whilst traditionally, Sci-Fi and Manga have not figured in the films selected by the Chelmsford Film Club, that’s not to say they couldn’t feature in future seasons, if that was the members’ choice.
